Yes, we offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 applies.

Yes, if you are local to Toronto, you can pick up your order. Once your order is packed and ready, we will contact you to arrange a pick up day and time. Our pick up location is in the west end of Toronto (closest main intersection of St. Clair and Keele). Our exact address will be provided to you once your order is ready and pick up arrangements are being made.

We don't accept returns or exchanges due to our small batch manufacturing. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right! Email us at kaleco.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
