  • What is the shipping policy?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    We currently only ship within Canada. However, we are exploring options to expand our market. Please let us know if you are interested in international shipping.
  • Do you offer Free Shipping?
    Yes! We offer Free Shipping in Canada on orders $150 and over. All other orders will be charged at $12 flat-rate for standard delivery across all Canadian locations.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Since we manufacture our products in small batches, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we’ll make it right! Please email us at kaleco.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to offer a replacement at no cost.
