SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to ka(+)le co. clothing's Shipping Policy. We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. Our products are shipped from our facilities in Toronto, Canada, and we aim to deliver your order in a timely manner.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within Canada. But please let us know if you are interested in us expanding our market and shipping outside of Canada.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping in Canada on orders $150 and over. All other orders will be charged at $15 flat-rate for standard delivery across all Canadian locations.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Since we manufacture our products in small batches, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority—if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us, and we’ll make it right! Please email us at kaleco.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to offer a replacement at no cost.
